An incredible Amethyst, Labradorite, and Hematite stretch bracelet ready to worn and enjoyed. Made and donated by Lauren Evans. Labradorite is a member of the Feldspar family and is known for its labradorescence, or play of color. Labradorite is composed in aggregate layers that refract light as iridescent flashes of peacock blue, gold, pale green, or coppery red. The predominant blue varies within the light, displaying hues from deepest blue to various shades of pale, almost blue-green. Amethyst is a popular variety of quartz because of its brilliant purple colors. Hematite is the oldest known iron oxide mineral that has ever formed on earth and is the most important ore of iron.
